It’s not about potatoes with fries to give you addiction!
Wash the zucchini and cut them in 2 halfs, then take out the soft middle part. Use gloves because the liquid released by the zucchini skin is unpleasant for the hands.
Cut them into sticks. Salt them slightly and leave them to release the liquid in a colander for about one hour.
Dry them with a paper towel and coat them with flour.
Heat the oil in a deep pot that will cover them while cooking.
Fry the zucchini sticks till golden brown without mixing them.
Serve as a snack or even side dish for grill meat.
