  1. Clean and wash the spinach with lots of water, wilt, drain and cut thickly.
  2. Boil some water and add the tomatoes when the water boils, keep for half minute, take out, clean the skin and blend till you end up with fresh tomato juice.
  3. In the olive oil, fry the finely chopped spring onions. If you use onions, fry in low heat for at least 20 minutes, you will know it's done when as you press it with your spoon it breaks.
  4. Add the spinach, dill, rice, tomato juiceand extra water as much as its needed. Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Serve with lemon cut into quarters and feta or salty cheese.
