Instructions
  1. Wash the mushrooms and dry in a colander. Heat a grill pan.
  2. Break the mushroom bush in individual pieces and squeeze the extra water with the hands a little.
  3. Add olive oil in the pan to cover the whole surface and use a kitchen paper towel to clean the extra quantity so that the mushrooms will grill not fry.
