Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil (1 tea cup) and add the finely chopped onion. Cook on a low heat for 8-10 minutes.
  2. In a blender add the dill (without the hard ends), salt, fresh pepper and finely blend.
  3. Add the dill to the onion and sautee for another 2 minutes. Then add the peas and mix well.
  4. Add the tomato juice, 1-2l of water and the potato cubes and cook on a low heat for over 40 minutes or until both of them are cooked through.
  5. Serve with feta cheese and love.
